Ghana
In February 2007, a 40' container of relief supplies from Orphan Grain Train's Indiana Regional Division arrived in Accra, Ghana. Its contents were distributed to those in need through The Lutheran Media Ministry.

Items distributed from the shipment included clothing, household items, educational materials, school supplies, a basic utility vehicle for agricultural use donated by the Institute of Affordable Transportation, and fertilizer donated by Mission Resource International.

On Dec. 6, 2005, Indiana Division shipped a used Chevy Blazer, educational materials, health kits, clothing, computers and other school equipment to Accra, Ghana.
