Not Packing Pennsylvania Air

We had a beautifully crisp and sunny fall day in West Grove to load for Liberia. Despite a late truck arrival at 10am, several special guests were on hand to pitch in and help, such as OGT Field Work director, Peter Gnan. Volunteers were also grateful for the loading talents of Merchant Marine Academy midshipman, Alexandra, granddaughter of volunteer Ruth Hewlett; she was our ‘crawl-on-top-of-the-boxes’ gal, and worked hard to pack things to the ceiling. Additionally, a group of young people from the local county’s Transition Living Program eagerly wheeled bicycles into the container. All-in-all, a great team!
