Many Wonderful Gifts Delivered to Lutheran Border Concerns Ministry to Help Many in Tijuana

Steve Rice, OGT’s CA-AZ-NV Collection Center volunteer delivered 60+ boxes of school supplies, hygiene kits, socks and sewing machines to 1000 Generations in Chula Vista (San Diego). Steve also delivered goods to Lutheran Border Concerns Ministry which goes into Tijuana. Thank you, Steve and all your wonderful donors!

North Dakota Branch & Norfolk warehouse teamed up together to deliver a load of various clothing to People City Mission in Lincoln, NE. The mission has a homeless shelter with a soup kitchen and an outreach program to help many in need.

The team of about 16 Mid-Atlantic Branch volunteers were ‘put to the test’ with the challenge of loading 204 metal-framed semi-upholstered chairs that required strength and coordination, to say nothing of all the walkers, canes, commodes, and bicycles!…

Pallets of Rice and Beans Will Feed Many in Venezuela

Norfolk warehouse volunteers loaded nine pallets of edible dried beans and eight pallets of rice for Venezuela Now in Florida. They will ship the much-needed food to Venezuela for families living in extreme poverty. Thanks be to God.

Many of these families are very poor because there is not much work or are single parent families. The homes sometimes are one room for many to live with bare cupboards. Those hospitalized are grateful for the diapers and other goods because money is very tight and difficult to afford these. Some were once successful…
