Fifty seniors at Christ Lutheran Church in Lincoln attended a dinner and OGT presentation by Kathy Carter August 27, 2023. Wendy Herrold helped write a Thrivent Action Team grant and they were able to pack 70 hygiene kits for OGT.

Lincoln Collection Center volunteers loaded an OGT semi-truck with 12 bicycles, 10 wheelchairs and pallets of boxed goods for OGT headquarters in Norfolk. Pastor Ron Holling from Omaha repaired the bicycles to be sent overseas. Thank you everyone involved!

Howard and Karon Killigan from Trinity Lutheran Church in Shenandoah, IA delivered 47 Christmas boxes to the OGT’s Lincoln Collection Center. Members of the congregation came together to make the boxes for children in need. Shenandoah is about 80 miles from Lincoln, NE.
